 TITLE
BETTER ETHICS NOW: HOW TO AVOID THE ETHICS DISASTER YOU NEVER SAW COMING
 ABSTRACT
This book aims to provide individuals, working at any level within organisations, with a guide to practical steps that they can take directly as individuals in order to avoid creating ethical problems and scandals (e.g. of a financial, legal or PR-related nature) for their organisation. The author describes how staff members’ personal values and aspirations can cause such ethical problems, and how this type of values and aspirations can be recognised and managed. He argues that ethical crises of organisations are not caused by the organisations as such or their governance, but rather by individuals working within them.
